Countdown Begins for Fashion Freaks:Masaba Gupta to Open WIFW-AW,2013

Countdown has begun.FDCI has announced the dates of coming season of WIFW and it is going to start from March 13 and will conclude on March 17th. This 5 day fashion feast is awaited not only by fashion freaks, but by everybody involved with it.

Mr.Sunil Sethi,President,FDCI has announced that Masaba Gupta,Fashion Director for brand Satya Paul will be opening the show. Sunil Sethi says, “Fashion Design Council of India is proud to announce that the upcoming Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Fall 2013 will begin with a fashion show by Masaba Gupta for Satya Paul. Her first collection for the 27-year old label will be the opening show of the five-day fashion event. In India, this is the first collection designed for an established design house by a designer from outside the family that started it.”

Satya Paul appointed 24-year old Masaba Gupta as Fashion Director late last year.
